My Rosary Petals shop is a collection of my handmade rosaries each lovingly designed and assembled with artistry, quality, and functionality in mind.  My rosaries remind me of scripture and God's creation, so I name and describe them in that way.

The name, Rosary Petals, is a reference to the petals of a rose.  If you think of the many petals that form each beautiful rose, they are a symbol of the many parts that form the Body of Christ.  A rose with just one petal is not much of a rose and neither is a rosary with just one bead. The meditation of the rosary with its multitudes of prayers is not only meaningful, but beautiful like a rose.

The rose is also associated with Mary, who gave the rosary to us to pray, and the thorns a reminder of the crown given to Jesus at his crucifixion.

Each rosary design uses quality materials and is assembled with care.  My favorite materials include Czech beads, new and vintage, Japanese seed beads, Chinese crystals, various colors of American lead-free pewter findings, lampwork beads, and semi-precious stone beads.
