I  was raised a Catholic, but I did what a lot of people do and I left the church to figure out my faith.  It took me about 15 years of searching, but I was gently guided by the Holy Spirit and led to sources which taught me more about the Bible.  It was only then that I really felt at peace in my belief that Jesus is my Lord, the Son of God, and His death was the sacrifice needed to pay for my sins and to reconcile me to God.  I began to see how connected the Catholic Church really was to the Bible; how the traditions of Mass and the Church were rooted in Old and New Testament truths.  I finally began to feel comfortable in the Catholic faith and returned to it.  Now I am standing on solid ground and I never intend to leave!

One of the practices of being Catholic that I have begun to understand more recently is the rosary.  I believe it is a special vehicle of prayer and communion with God.  It is a weapon against sin and despair.  I feel compelled to make them!  Even as a child I was fascinated by rosaries and now I am blessed by God to have some time to design and make them for others.

I strive to create a variety of designs because I want to attract a whole variety of people to the rosary.  I want people to love their rosary because it is beautiful to them and connects with them personally.  I want them to want to pray the rosary.  When I design a rosary, I am not interested in mass production, but more in the combination of accent beads, aves, and paters being the most complementary design that I can come up with that is functional and worthy to be passed down for generations.  Only then, will I string it and choose a crucifix and center to support that design.  The results are unique rosaries suited to a multitude of styles and tastes.

My work is so exciting!  Thank you, God, for this opportunity to make your rosaries!
